Job description

Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager in the Beauty Category, you will work with some of the industry’s most iconic brands, driving their growth and awareness to new heights. Collaborating across all levels and departments, you will ensure the strategic development and execution of your assigned brands, delivering best-in-class results and safeguarding their success.

About the role

  • Prepare & presents marketing and media plans according with the brand’s international guidelines

  • Ensure implementation of the local marketing plan & qualitative follow-up

  • Follow-up on the sales plan for the assigned brands

  • Carries out order forecasts for new products according to the strategy of each brand

  • Makes specific reports for newly launched products in the month following launch

  • Prepares monthly import orders for the brands under his/her responsibility

  • Prepares the following types of monthly reports: monthly comparative sales analysis report according to the indications received within the company, analysis report of the situation of the clients who have in their portfolio the houses for which he/she is responsible, analysis report of the sales budgets and those of advertising and publicity, external report

  • Monitors the turnover of products in stock and proposes actions to reduce blocked stocks

  • Knows and makes efficient use of all promotions and advertising materials ordered

  • Checks twice a month the efficiency of the use of advertising materials

  • Impeccable knowledge of the brands

  • Knows the lines and references of the assigned brands by name, characteristics, weights

Job requirements

For you to be part of our team, it is essential to own:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably with luxury brands or portfolios.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities paired with a creative mindset.

  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

  • Project management skills

  • Quick understanding of consumer lifestyles and the cosmetics market

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
