Currently we are looking for the person willing to join Orbico Moldova HR Team on the position of: HR MANAGER (location: Chișinău)

HR Manager will be the part of local HR Team and will operationally support defining and delivery of all HR processes for employees being located in Moldova. As a member of the team will take active part in Group HR projects development and implementation on local level.


Key responsibilities

  • Promoting the company's principles and values and maintaining a favorable climate within the company.
  • Applying talent management accordingly to the current company strategy in order to effectively recruit, hire, develop, and retain employees.
  • Proactively support the delivery of recruitment, selection and onboarding processes;
  • Coordination of annual evaluation and calibration process for employees, including update of succession matrix;
  • Active participation in Employee Satisfaction Survey delivery, starting from pre-survey communication campaign, through preparation of results presentation, till the preparation and delivery of Action Plan with active cooperation with Line Managers;
  • Trainings calendar (internal and external) delivery for employees;
  • Maintain and update of human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee files in compliance with local legislation; coordination of job descriptions elaboration; help with employees relocation based on strong coordination with local organization;
  • Active participation in building optimal compensation & benefits solutions;
  • Support managers and employees in the process of any cultural or business exchange.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on the position of HR Manager in the company with minimum 100 employees ;
  • Experience in managing various team projects;
  • Practical knowledge of local Labor Law;
  • Experience and knowledge about multiple HR processes both soft and hard – soft (attraction, recruitment and selection, on-boarding, development, performance management incl. compensation & benefits policy, internal communication, change management) and hard (legal requirements, administration, software).
  • Communication skills:
  • Interpersonal and people skills - open positive personality, trusting people, approachable, with high level of EQ;
  • Constructive and argumentative dialogue;
  • Conflict management skills – without avoiding difficult situations;
  • Excellent management, planning and organizational skills;
  • Capacity to develop others – transfer of knowledge and support to employees;
  • The ability to understand, act, build trust and establish productive working relationships in a multicultural business environment
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Excellent command of English language;
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
