Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular communication and meetings
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to deliver projects and meet client needs
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results
