Job description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular communication and meetings
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to deliver projects and meet client needs
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in managing large accounts and complex projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
