Job description
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
- Corporate governance activities: Trade Registry actions ensuring the compliance of the working units – IQOS islands registration/ deregistration, support in obtaining the relevant authorizations and legal assistance granted to the colleagues in the field managing the relations with the public authorities (Consumer protection, City hall, Sanitary, etc)
- Monitoring legal framework, drawing-up summaries, informing internal clients/ departments on latest legal changes and their impact on day-to day business (i.e. amendments on consumer protection law, competition law, labor law);
- Drawing-up and approving different type of contracts (i.e. lease, sale-purchase for selling goods, procurement for different equipment acquisition, services contracts – such as security or utilities, as well as other company documents needed to carry on the day-to day activity);
- Working with other legal and business parts, delivering in-time and accurate legal documentation needed in relationship with authorities and internal stakeholders;
- Regulatory affairs support activities – i.e explain regulations applicable to a certain category of products for their secure placing on the market;
- Support for HR department in managing certain employee-related matters.
Job requirements
• University degree in Law;
• At least 1 year experience in any legal activity;
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Well organized, detail and result oriented;
• Analytical thinking;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Ethic attitude towards the job and the company.
