Job description

We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Manager with strong retail sales and team leadership experience to manage the sales operations of our division. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing your team's reporting skills and effectively managing our partner relationships.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, policies and procedures for continuous sales volume growth.

  • Coordinate the sales team and ensure sales plan execution.

  • Analyze and optimize operational costs (P&L).

  • Organize promotional campaigns for new products/services.

  • Monitor stocks and take decisions to avoid stock-outs (OOS).

  • Recruit, develop and motivate the sales team, supporting the professional development of each member.

  • Work closely with partners, ensuring KPIs and expectations are met.

  • Identify solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (higher education).

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales and leading large teams.

  • Experience in managing similar product categories.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Communication, negotiation, organizational and leadership skills.

  • Results-oriented, analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
