Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular communication and meetings.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to deliver projects and meet client needs.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry - non food product.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

  • Experience in managing large accounts and complex projects.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
