Job description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular communication and meetings
Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to deliver projects and meet client needs
Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results
Additional Requirements:
Experience in managing large accounts and complex projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to travel as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
